Недавно нашел один из самых кратких и, в тоже время, достаточных pitch template. Причем, уверен что он будет одиннаково хорошо как для elevator pitch, так и для чего-то более подробного.
I. PRODUCT
- What does the product do, what is the Mission? (Summarize in 3-4 short sentences, 5-7 words each).
- What problem is solved?
- At what stage are the product now?
II. MARKET TO SELL
- Worst case and best case scenarios about market size that can be taken. (Explain why could be worst and why you believe in the best).
- How money are earned?
- Competition? (Don't say we have no competition. We do, but we'll kick ass.)
III. TEAM
- Past accomplishments.
- Top founders attracts top team.
IV. FUTURE GROWTH
V. FINANCIAL
- Money taken?
- Money required?
Правда, если у кого-то есть что-то более правильное (мне например порядок сомнителен - хотя это все должно динамически меняться под объекта "питченья") поделитесь пожалуйста.
